Test Equipment and specifications.

Accumulators is visual inspected with borescope to check for corrosion and other discrepancy’s.

We use honing equipment inside accumulators if needed to make all surfaces as new again.

New seals/bladder are mounted and testing is performed in our pressure test booths and monitored with video. Flushing down to NAS 6 with accumulators system fluid is performed before dispatch.

We can perform certification of accumulators with a working pressure up to 2000 Bar.

Reason for re-certification.

Manufacturers and Hitec Products normally recommend to do an full re-certification every 5 years.

This ensures that accumulators are ok and safe. Internal corrosion, pit corrosion, and cracks in shell can be found before dangerous situations can occur.
